Kobo is a nonprofit organization. We maintain KoboToolbox as a free resource for social impact organizations thanks to donations, grants, and partnerships.
Advanced use and upgrades
We set fair use limits on all free accounts to ensure the stability of the KoboToolbox servers for users around the world. We offer optional services and upgrades for users with very high volume and advanced survey needs as well as large organizations with additional requirements.
We provide free user support with our extensive user documentation pages. Support is also available through the KoboToolbox community forum.
